3g stands for Third Generation and is a form of artificial football pitch made up from rubber crumb and synthetic grass.
One of the most important things to be aware of when buying 3g boots is not to buy boots with blades or metal studs.
Not only can these type of boots cause damage to the 3g surface, they can effect performance and increase the risk of injury.
Please make sure you have suitable footwear when using the 3g pitch
